OOPS! I really did not want this, how do I get out of it?
The second worse thing about selling on eBay is non-paying bidders. The worst are non-paying bidders that ignore, lie, stall and or blame us for their mistake. If you should happen to place a bid on an item you do not really want, please do not ignore us. Just let us know as soon as you can and we will work it out with you.
I received my item and it is not what I expected, what do I do?
Please send us an email explaining the problem. We will work out your options for you.
I received my item and it appears to be broken in shipping, what should I do?
While we make every attempt to protect your purchases, sometimes the shipper tries harder to break them. Simply contact us and we will work out a replacement or refund.
I am unhappy about a particular aspect of my purchase and I think you tried to rip me off. What can I do?
