If you have not received any communications from us there is most certainly a problem with email. Either we have an old email address of your on file or you email program is blocking our message. This is pretty common these days with all the spam out there. Please give us a call to get things moving. Does your auction have a reserve price? We do not use reserves in our auctions. All of our auctions can close for the initial listing price if only one person bids. I want this item now, will you end the auction early? Some auctions do have a "Buy it now" option, but we do not close auctions early otherwise. Do you leave feedback? We leave feedback for every auction that ends successfully. This typically happens automatically when your item is shipped. Are there accessories included that are not mentioned? No, if it is not pictured or mentioned do not expect it to be included. I want to cancel my bid, how do I do that? If an auction has more than 24 hours before it closes you can retract your bid yourself. Click the link at the top of every eBay page for "Site Map" then look for "Buyers Tools" / "Retract my bid."
