Shipping US & Canada ONLY - No other international orders, unless otherwise noted on the auction. Buyer to pay shipping charges as noted in the Auction. Applicable handling charges are specified in each auction. ATA Road Cases and items shipped in ATA Road Cases will not incur handling charges. CANADA will be extra! Please note, we do not use US mail. UPS only! Contact us before you bid if you want a shipping quote. All shipping quotes to Canada do not include Customs nor Duties Fees which start at $50 from UPS. This will be charged by UPS at delivery. We ship via UPS and various freight carriers, NO USPS or FedEx. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping or pick up the item. Handling charges will be applied to items shipped with your carrier, no charges for items picked up, not needing packaging. You will either need to pay tax, or send a "Real" trucking company and a complete BOL to pick up. If picking up yourself, please note we can not help you load your vehicle and can not get large items to grade! We do not mark up shipping. We charge what it costs us. We choose reliable shipping sources and get VERY good pricing for very good service. If you choose to go with your own service, no problem. You will need to provide completed Airbills/BOL prior to pickup. Some sensitive electronics will be shipped via freight. This costs a bit more than other ground carriers, but it is much better for the equipment. Please get a quote before bidding. Freight shipping is least costly when shipping to a business address. We incur extra charges for both residential and lift gate deliveries. We will work with you to keep costs as low as possible, remember we do not mark up shipping, we provide this as a pass through service for our customers. If you are unsure of freight costs, or shipping outside the continental United States, please contact us with your zip code for a quote BEFORE bidding. UPS Dimensions:  Calculating Dimensional Weight for Domestic Shipments - If you have more than one package to be shipped, consider each package a separate shipment for weight calculation purposes. Determine the Actual Weight: Use any standard scale and round up any fraction of a pound to the next full pound. Determine Dimensional Weight: For UPS Ground Shipments: If the cubic size of the package is 5,184 or larger, divide the cubic size by 194 to determine dimensional weight in pounds. If the cubic size is less than 5,184, use the actual weight of the package. For UPS Air Shipments: Divide the cubic size by 194 to determine dimensional weight in pounds. Round up any fraction of a pound to the next full pound. Determine Billable Weight: Compare each package's actual weight to its dimensional weight. The larger of the two weights is the billable weight and should be used to calculate the rate. If you have a multiple-package shipment, add the cubic sizes for all of the packages together. The total is the cubic size of your shipment. Large Package Conditions - Your UPS domestic or UPS Standard to Canada package is considered a Large Package when its length, combined with twice the width plus twice the height, exceeds 130 inches and is equal to or less than 165 inches. Large Packages are subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds. To determine the rate for single-package shipments with a dimensional weight of 150 pounds or more, multiply the package weight by the price per pound multiplier. Large Package Surcharge - A Large Package Surcharge of US$40 will be applied to all UPS domestic packages, including Hundredweight and Standard to Canada packages, when the size of the package exceeds 130 inches (330 cm) in length and girth combined. Bulk Ordering:  We welcome bidders to compile multiple auctions. Please make note of the following policy regarding payments and shipping of multiple auctions: We will close out all multiple auction accounts at the end of the month. Payment must be made and equipment must be out of our facility within 1 week of the close. All items that are still here at the end of the 1 week period will incur a storage fee of $1.00 per sqft per day. Payments:  By Bidding you are agreeing to make payment within 7 days of the auctions' close. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Checks may be held until they clear, up to 10 days. Guarantee Equipment is guaranteed to be in the condition stated in the auction description. You have 7 days after the receipt of goods to inform us of any issues. No refunds will be given after 7 days. If what you receive is not as we stated we will refund or replace, at our discretion, the unit at no cost to you. If an item is stated as "Unrated" no returns or refunds will be taken, unless extenuating circumstances exist. Only the items described in the auction are included in the auction. Many of our items do not have manuals and remotes please be sure to read and understand the description completely. ISI/AVForSale is not responsible for incidental costs, damages, or loss as a result of packages being lost, late or in an unexpected condition. We recommend that you personally inspect all items prior to committing them to a project. Failure to do so is at your own risk. Refunds / Returns Please check the description carefully; we do not grant refunds or returns on items bought by mistake. If there is a problem with an order, contact us immediately to discuss the problem. Any such problems must be brought to our attention within 7 days of your receipt of the item/s. After 7 days we will not accept a return or refund. Sales Tax:  Items being picked up or delivered in the state of GA are subject to 8% sales tax. International Bidders:  We will only ship designated items to countries in the European Union only. PayPal payment is required as well as shipping to the verified address on your PayPal account. We will not accept any returns. Our standard guarantee does apply. In the event of an issue, we will refund the purchase price only, no shipping or related costs will be refunded. Item will ship via UPS only. We will not ship USPS. The winning bidder is responsible for import fees and taxes. All items will ship with a commercial invoice for the full purchase price.
